New division to commence operations with upcoming Bangla Rock album SHUNYOREKHA in September 2026
Hyderabad, August 2026: Six Strings Music, the record label division of Six String Entertainment Private Limited, is expanding its music portfolio with the launch of Six Strings Music Bangla, a dedicated division focused exclusively on original Bangla music.
Wile Six Strings Music is already operational with multiple music projects and albums, including Hindi music developed for a wider national audience, Six Strings Music Bangla marks the label’s dedicated entry into original Bangla-language releases.
The new division will focus on a diverse range of Bengali music, including Bangla Rock, Pop, Folk and contemporary original music, with the objective of developing and releasing new Bengali artists, songs and albums.
Six Strings Music Bangla will commence its operations with SHUNYOREKHA, an upcoming Bangla Rock album scheduled for release in the first week of September 2026. The album will mark the first major release under the newly established Bangla division and will introduce the label’s vision for its Bengali music catalogue.
The launch also forms part of Six Strings Music’s broader focus on artist discovery and development. The label’s Six Strings Music Singer Talent Hunt 2026 has reached its final stage, with the winners and selected singers expected to be announced shortly. The initiative aims to provide emerging vocal talent with opportunities to develop and enter the professional music industry.
With Six Strings Music Bangla, the label intends to build a dedicated platform for Bengali original music while continuing its wider activities across other languages and musical genres.
