XamBaaz: Personalised Exam Preparation for Classes 8–12

One Syllabus. Different Learners. XamBaaz Personalises the Path to Exam Readiness.

A new-age, practice-first platform for Classes 8–12 combines chapter-wise revision, adaptive quizzes, syllabus-grounded Genie support, real-exam marking, mock tests and spoken-English practice—helping students know what to practise next.

MUMBAI, 13 October 2026 —

Every student learns differently, yet exam preparation often follows the same notes, pace and practice routine. Parents are left wondering whether their child understands the syllabus, where marks are being lost and what to focus on next. XamBaaz, a new-age, practice-first online learning platform for Classes 8–12, is built around a simple idea: practice should respond to the student, not just the calendar.

XamBaaz brings revision, quizzes, feedback and exam practice into one platform. Students can work through chapter-wise concepts, practise at different difficulty levels, learn from mistakes and use performance reports to identify topics needing attention. Parents get a clearer view of where further revision may help, rather than relying on study hours alone.

“Parents are not short of study material. What they often lack is clarity on whether a concept has been understood, where marks are being lost and what their child should practise next,” said Bithindra Biswas, founder of XamBaaz. “We are building a personalised learning companion that helps students move from covering the syllabus to practising with direction and building exam readiness, one learning gap at a time.”

Personalised learning, from revision to practice

XamBaaz brings chapter-wise Key Concepts notes, Easy, Medium and Hard quizzes, answer explanations and mock tests together. Students revise key ideas and formulas, attempt quizzes and use explanations to learn from errors. Its library includes more than 30,000 questions, notes spanning over 390 chapters, and 115 mock tests and examination papers—supporting a repeatable cycle of revision, practice and improvement.

Adaptive quizzes respond to a student’s answers, speed and accuracy, adjusting the challenge as practice continues. Chapter-wise reports and a progress dashboard highlight strengths and topics needing work. XP, streaks and ranks add motivation while keeping the focus on understanding and consistent practice.

Genie helps turn mistakes into revision

Genie, XamBaaz’s study helper, helps students look up a term, formula or chapter and retrieve relevant concepts from prepared syllabus notes. Its “My Mistakes” view connects incorrect answers with concepts to revisit. Genie is grounded in these notes and says so when it cannot find a relevant answer, rather than guessing.

Exam readiness beyond multiple-choice questions

Speak & Improve, a spoken-English practice feature for CBSE Classes 9 and 10, lets students respond aloud to chapter-based prompts and receive feedback on grammar, fluency, vocabulary, clarity, relevance and tone, along with suggestions and a model answer. According to XamBaaz, voices are not recorded or stored; the browser converts speech to text for scoring.

Timed quizzes, subject practice and mock papers use exam-style marking, including +4 for a correct answer and −1 for an incorrect answer where applicable. XamBaaz supports CBSE and Maharashtra HSC study, alongside JEE, NEET and MHT-CET preparation. Students can start free without a credit card or trial countdown; paid access unlocks broader practice. XamBaaz complements school, tuition or coaching rather than replacing teachers.

Early response and how to get started

In its first three months, more than 400 students and teachers used XamBaaz, while the website recorded over 47,000 impressions without paid marketing, according to the company. The first 200 users arrived within two months. A physics teacher in Mumbai has used the platform to identify topics to revisit in class. XamBaaz’s next free online Olympiad is scheduled for 15 November 2026; details are on the website.
