Strategic MOU Between Kukje India and ASDC to Promote Global Employability

In a major step toward strengthening international collaboration in skill development and workforce mobility, Kukje India Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) at ASDC’s headquarters in New Delhi on 9th July 2025. This partnership aims to create structured pathways for overseas and domestic placements, enhance global employability for Indian youth, and foster industry-relevant education and upskilling aligned with international standards.
The Memorandum of Understanding was officially signed by Mr. Prashant Mishra, Director – PR & Business Development of Kukje India Group, and Mr. Arindam Lahiri, Chief Executive Officer of ASDC, marking the formal commencement of this strategic collaboration. Their signatures symbolized a shared commitment to building international and domestic pathways for skilled Indian youth and creating a sustainable framework for global talent mobility.
Through this MOU, Kukje India Group will play a pivotal role in facilitating overseas and domestic employment opportunities for candidates certified under ASDC’s programs, to global markets. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to bridging the skill- employment gap by enabling globally aligned training, employer engagement, and international and domestic workforce mobility.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vijay Vij, Advisor – Smart Mobility & Automobile of Kukje India Group, said, “The partnership with ASDC marks a significant and exciting advancement for us.
