Unified Mentor Signs MOU with Government College, Hansi to Empower Students with AI-Based Placement Training through “Know Your CTC”

This collaboration aims to bridge the employability gap in Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges by introducing Know Your CTC (KYC) — India’s first AI-powered platform for mock interviews and placement readiness.
The MOU was signed by Dr. Neelam Dahiya (Principal, Government College, Hansi) and Mr. Paras Grover, Founder of Unified Mentor and Director of the KYC Segment. Dr. Dahiya formally presented the Memorandum to the Unified Mentor team during the session.
A Shared Vision: Making Students Future-Ready
Under this partnership, Unified Mentor will conduct a series of AI Placement Readiness Workshops and provide full access to the Know Your CTC platform. Students will experience:

Sai Prasad Kagne shared how AI models replicate real HR and technical interviews, giving students feedback that mirrors actual industry evaluations.
Hargun addressed practical aspects of employability — confidence, communication, personal branding, and interview behaviour.
Both students and teachers enthusiastically asked AI-related questions, showing strong interest in the impact of artificial intelligence on hiring and future careers.
