A one-day extensive training program titled “Face Exams Successfully with Memory Power” was organized by BEO (Block Education Officer) of Hiriyur Taluk, Chitradurga District, Department of School Education, Karnataka state.
The training program was specially designed and conducted by an International Memory Expert – Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan. M. for the benefit of SSLC Students (around 3,677 students) appearing for the SSLC Board Exams this year. The training program witnessed a massive hit response from all school teachers, students, parents, the public, and also from Print and TV Media officials.
RAVIPRASAD SAJJAN HOLDS WORLD RECORD IN MEMORY POWER:
The trainer Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan has established multiple world records in memory power. He is hailed as the “World’s First Memory King of Mobile Numbers”, being the only person to ever set a record for memorizing and recalling 1,000 mobile phone numbers.

In this training program, Memory Power Demonstration was performed by students, Spoorthi. H.S., grade 8 from Mokshagundam School and Keerthana. M.S., grade 7 from Assumption School, who was specially trained by Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan left all the students, teachers, and parents spellbound and also gained appreciation from media people.

BEO TIPPESWAMY C.M. TO HELP SSLC STUDENTS
In the training program, Thipeswamy C.M. (KES), BEO of Hiriyur Taluk, inaugurated the program and addressed the Print and TV Media officials that, in 2023, Chitradurga district secured the top position in the state with a pass percentage of 96.8%. But in 2024, Chitradurga district’s performance declined, to the 21st position. So, now all BEOs in the district have been directed by DDPI to implement unique programs to help students face board exams confidently like a festival.
In this view, earlier a meeting was organized by inviting all the headmasters and principals of all the schools in the taluk. Herein, we insisted all the schools to bring their SSLC students to attend the training program of Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan. M.

BEO TO ANNOUNCE 10-DAY TRAINING PROGRAM:
With this outstanding training program conducted by Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan, all our teachers, students, and parents have felt energized and happy. So, from the next year onwards, we have decided to have 10-day training program by Dr. Raviprasad Sajjan for all the teachers of the taluk on how to teach poorly performing students in exams.
EFFORTS OF BEO TO IMPROVE SSLC RESULTS:
- Special classes have been given to children who are poor in studies by having classes in the morning as well as after school hours to improve their performance.
- A team of experts has designed 40 Model Question Paper to help students to pass SSLC exam with ease. This aims the students to achieve passing marks in all the subjects.
- The teachers had made students home visits to ensure that parents are responsible for their ward’s education as individual attention may not always be possible.
- In all the schools, special Emphasis and special focus have been given for slow learners.
- All schools are reaching their students through phone calls and helping them to overcome their phobia of exams and helping them to score more marks in their examinations.
- Even some schools have made their students stay overnight at their schools where teachers provide additional coaching in weak subjects for weaker students.
- Not only this many result improvement action plans have been taken to improve the overall.
This year around 3,677 students will appear for the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) Board Exam-2025 from the Hiryur Taluk, Chitradurga district. The Final SSLC Board Exam-2025 will be held from March 21 to April 4.
